  52. This README file of XQL201.EXE accompanies the patches for XQL and NetWare
  53. SQL VAP version 2.01.  The patches are for DOS, OS/2, and VAP environments.

  80. This set of patches contains batch files to correct all the known problems
  81. in XQL version 2.01.  To install the patches follow these steps:
  82.  
  83. 1. Copy all the files to the directory on your system that contains the
  84. file(s) to be patched and make this the default directory.
  85.

  89.                           CAUTION
  90. * NOTE: Make sure that you are patching the original (unpatched) released
  91. version of the software.  Patching a patched version may cause
  92. unpredictable errors.

  96. 2. Make sure that PI.EXE is available on the system. (PI.EXE is a patch
  97. utility provided by NOVELL to install product patches- it may be used in
  98. DOS or OS/2 environments).

  100. 3. Run the batch file(s) relevant to your situation:

  102.       PATCH201.BAT    :corrects the DOS and OS/2 version of XQL
  103.  
  104. * NOTE: A parameter list is given when you type the batch file name.
  105.  
  106. BUGS.201 is the listing of the problems that will be fixed by applying the
  107. above patch files as well as a couple of patches that are optional so
  108. please read the document. At the beginning of each problem description
  109. there is a listing in which version(s) a bug is relevant.

  113.       NETWARE SQL  PATCH INSTRUCTIONS

  116. This set of patches contains batch files to correct all the known problems
  117. in NetWare SQL VAP version 2.01.  To install the patches follow these
  118. steps:

  120. 1. Copy all the files to the directory on your system that contains the
  121. file(s) to be patched and make this the default directory.  Make sure that
  122. you have an original, unpatched copy of the NW$SQL.VP0 file in this
  123. directory.

  144. (keyboard enhancer) loaded in memory.
